WOMEN'S MINISTRY

The Women’s Ministry, “Women of the Word,” exists to encourage women to walk in the manner worthy of the Lord, inspired by the scriptures found in Titus 2:3-5

"3 Older women likewise are to be reverent in behavior, not slanderers or slaves to much wine. They are to teach what is good, 4 and so train the young women to love their husbands and children, 5 to be self-controlled, pure, working at home, kind, and submissive to their own husbands, that the word of God may not be reviled."

We desire to help women grow in their relationship with God and with one another. We are to come along side one another to learn, encourage, sharpen, and most importantly LOVE one another as God commands us to do.

There are exciting opportunities coming up to put this into practice, including Bible studies, seminars, outings, service projects, and a retreat next April!! We hope you will take advantage of these, and join the rest of your sisters in Christ as we seek to grow in our love and honor for the Lord and one another.

BECKY STARNES

WOMEN'S MINISTRY DIRECTOR

Becky will guide the Women’s Ministry, Women of the Word.

Becky has been involved in leading a Small Group, Children’s Ministry, Connection Ministry, and will also be joining the Care Ministry. She has over 8 years serving in several ministries at previous churches.

Becky is married to a wonderful man of God, who comes along side her by supporting her. She has two grown children.

She is committed to the Women’s Ministry by leading and serving them according to God’s word.
