ABOUT

LEARN MORE

We are a group of broken people, who are called to cry out to God on behalf of the leaders and congregants of VBVF. We realize that there are many subtle ways that the enemy seeks to devour the church. We exist to stand in the gap for the people of our congregation. We, also, understand that we are in a battle and, sometimes, we take fire. However, we are honored to do so because it is a privilege to go before the Lord of all.

OUR MISSION

FULFILLING A NEED

The VBVF Prayer Team has been a part of this ministry from its inception in Jan. of 2018. It has been led by Ava Shupert since the beginning. We exist to stand in the gap for VBVF, its leaders and congregants. Like snipers we work, often unseen, to take out any threat before it becomes an issue. We work with the advantage of being called and equipped by the Holy Spirit of God to do battle on behalf of His church.

PRAYER

WHAT WE GENERALLY PRAY FOR

We pray for anything that is of concern to any member of the VBV family or anyone who is in any way connected to them. Many of the requests we receive are for healing of some kind, anything from cancer to a cold, schizophrenia to mild depression. We also get a lot of requests for marriages and children. The family is definitely under attack in our society. The ways the enemy attacks the church, as a body, is often not in the big, obvious ways. He comes at us from within by causing division, or using distraction and discouragement etc. so, a large portion of our time is spent praying against these things.
