STUDENT MINISTRY

Our mission is to disciple middle and high school students at Verse by Verse Fellowship to grow in a personal relationship with God through His word. At VBV Student ministry both our students and our leaders work together as a team to accomplish our mission statement. We believe that the best way to grow a young disciple of Jesus is to first teach all students about who God is through His word. A student becomes a disciple by pushing beyond head-knowledge to a belief in and personal relationship with Christ. Then each disciple must grow in that new relationship through study and prayer. Lastly a disciple’s heart is guided by God in service to others and by becoming disciplers themselves. VBV Student Ministry is a community of leaders dedicated to guiding students along this path and students eager to follow it.

  • Where does VBVS meet?

    We meet every Wednesday in the FlexRoom at Verse by Verse Fellowship ( 551 E Nakoma Dr, San Antonio, TX 78216) from 6:30pm - 8:30pm.

  • How do I get in touch?

    The best way to get in touch with our team is to email us, with any questions you may have about student ministry.

  • Can I check out VBVS?

    As a Student Ministry we believe in the full safety and security of our students in our space. Each youth leader present during a VBVS event has to take a background check prior to being in our space. However, if you want to come and check out our gathering space, please connect with the VBVS leader at Daniel Armstrong.

  • What's the best way to plug in?

    We have an amazing team of small group leaders who are ready and excited to welcome your student into our gathering space also known as the FlexRoom. We will help your student be immersed into the VBVS culture and environment while at the very same time helping them feel right at home.
